Individuals must read the full contest mechanics of this promotion before participating in the contest.
All submitted entries shall become the property of MR. PLUFFY shall have full ownership rights over the submitted entries. MR. PLUFFY has the right to use or publish all submitted materials (design, text, and photographs) under the company’s discretion to promote the program and publicize the activities of MR. PLUFFY.
The contest is from March 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. The last day for submission of entries is on September 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm. Target participants are the kids and kids-at-heart Males or Females residing in the Philippines, at most 18 years of age. Promo can be extended to another 30 days depending on public demands.
Head on over to the nearest Mr. Pluffy store and take a selfie with your fave MR. PLUFFY Cotton Candy Art. To register/join the promo, participants must visit the microsite (https://contest.mrpluffy.com) and register their details: Complete Name, Birthdate, Age, E-mail Address, Mobile Number, Complete Address, Year Level / Occupation, Mr. Pluffy Branch, Photo Entry Title, upload your entry and answer the question: “How does Mr. Pluffy’s Cotton Candy brighten your day?” (maximum of 150 characters). The image should be square, ideally 1080 x 1080. The file should not exceed 3 MB and should be in a jpeg or png format.
Multiple entries may be submitted by a participant, provided that a different MR. PLUFFY Cotton Candy Art product (design) is purchased and used for each entry. Each photo entry will be judged separately.
Grounds for disqualification: photo not related to the contest (ex. The cotton candy art is not bought from MR. PLUFFY, the entry submitted has malicious content), participant not residing in the Philippines.
All entries will be screened by our moderators. All entries will be posted to the “MR. PLUFFY’s Dream Hong Kong Adventure” gallery page within 2 business days of submission. The photo should be the contestant’s ORIGINAL photo.
Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
1. 50% for Photo Creativity – use of the imagination or ideas in taking the photograph.
2. 30% for Caption Originality – the uniqueness of the answer in a good and appealing way. The idea, perspective, or presentation is unique and fresh.
3. 20% for Judge’s Impact – the sense one gets upon viewing an image for the first time. Contains artistic impression upon seeing the photo.
4. For a total of 100%.
Determination of the winner will be held on October 15, 2023, at 5:00 pm at MR. PLUFFY Head Office, Unit 29B Langka corner Chico Street, Barangay Quirino 2B, Project 2, Quezon City. A DTI Representative will be present during the determination of the winner.
The winner will be notified through phone and registered mail.
Prizes shall be claimed at MR. PLUFFY Head Office, Unit 29B Langka corner Chico Street, Barangay Quirino 2B, Project 2, Quezon City. For provincial winners, prizes shall be claimed at the nearest MR. PLUFFY store.
There will be one winner of 3 days and 2 nights trip to Hong Kong for two. The prize includes two economy roundtrip airfare tickets via Cebu Pacific Airlines (MLA – Hong Kong – MLA), roundtrip transfers for three (Airport – Hotel – Airport), nights standard room accommodation for three persons at Panda Hotel Hong Kong (and the likes), half day city tour for two persons, two standard day tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland, and travel taxes.
Other documents and expenses related to the trip/prize will be shouldered by the winner.
Prize is valid for 6 months upon receipt of the travel certificate. The winner of MR. PLUFFY’s Dream Hong Kong Adventure should advise the final travel dates at least 14 days before his/her preferred travel date.
The winner should ensure that he/she possesses a passport with at least six (6) months of validity from the date of departure. MR. PLUFFY will not be responsible for your passport application or renewal. The travel certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of insurance.
You are not entitled to a refund if you cancel or choose not to use the prize. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. When claiming the prizes, the winners must present (2) two valid IDs and registered mail. Redemption of prizes is within 60 days of receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within (60) sixty days shall be forfeited in favor of MR. PLUFFY with prior DTI approval.
If the prize shall be claimed through a representative, an authorization letter from the winner must be presented along with a copy of the winner’s valid ID and a copy of registered mail. The representative must also present his/her valid ID.
MR. PLUFFY shall not be liable to any participant for any loss before, during, or after the contest. This includes money, any valuable things, tickets, and a passport.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to MR. PLUFFY and not Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for our contest.
MR. PLUFFY shall shoulder the taxes issued for prizes exceeding P10,000.
All employees of MR. PLUFFY Head Office and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are DISQUALIFIED from joining the contest.
